The Performance protocol is designed for athletes who wish to improve their strength, speed and power to enhance their sporting performance.
The 12-week training programme starts by building a foundation of strength by working with predominately low repetitions and high resistance.
As the programme progresses, the resistance decreases but the speed of the exercises increases to develop the speed and power of the inner athlete inside.
Our athletes will experience a range of training routines, lifting tempos and exercise equipment to help push the body to new limits.
