Our Project Hench Training Protocol is a 12-week intense training plan designed to decrease body fat whilst building muscle.
The plan includes training, nutrition and supplement guidance, which requires a high level of compliance and dedication for best results.
“Progressive Overload” features throughout the plan, along with tempo changes, supersets, tri-sets and drop sets to ensure the body is constantly challenged.
The training plan changes every 4 weeks, to not only keep the body guessing but also to keep training interesting.
The nutrition programme utilises a system known as “carb cycling” and “carb backloading”, which often needs tweaking for individual clients.
Clients are expected to train four times a week during Project Hench and follow the nutrition guidelines as closely as possible.
